Substance Abuse Evaluations

You will complete an online or written questionnaire before meeting with a certified substance abuse counselor.

The purpose is to assess your drug and alcohol use and recommend the appropriate treatment, if needed. Often this evaluation is ordered by a court of law.

Substance abuse groups range from 1.5 hours up to 9 hours a week, depending on the recommended level of treatment.

Our substance abuse groups are available weekday evenings and weekends to better fit your schedule.

ASAM Levels of Care Provided

We offer ASAM levels .5 – 2.1

Classes are for adults 18 yrs and older

ASAM LEVEL 0.5
Drug & Alcohol Education Program

  • 1.5 hrs of group psychoeducation each week
  • 6 to 12 weeks
  • Evening sessions available

ASAM LEVEL 1
Outpatient Treatment (OP)

  • 3 hrs of group counseling each week.
  • 12 to 52 weeks
  • Day and evening sessions available

ASAM LEVEL 2.1 –
Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP)

  • 9 hrs of group counseling each week
  • 1 hr of individual counseling each week
  • 12 to 52 weeks
  • Individualized treatment plan
